These terms cover the GACS Automotive website and the inquiries you submit through it.

About this website
This website provides information about GACS Automotive's used-vehicle sales, finance pre-checks, vehicle sourcing, trade-in reviews, and appointment booking. Submitting a form starts an inquiry — it is not a contract, an offer, an approval, or a final price.
No guarantees
Information on this site is provided in good faith but may change. Vehicle availability, pricing, financing, trade values, and timelines are not final until reviewed and agreed in writing. Approvals, rates, payments, and terms are subject to lender review.
Financing
A finance pre-check is an intake to help understand your options. It is not a credit application and not an approval. Any approval, rate, payment, or term is determined by a lender, with your consent, and is subject to lender review. We do not promise approval.
Vehicle pricing & disclosure
Any advertised vehicle price is all-in: it includes all fees and charges GACS will collect except HST and licensing, clearly stated. Where a vehicle is listed for sale, mandatory Ontario disclosures (such as odometer, prior accident or total-loss, prior use, and structural repairs) are provided before purchase.
Trade-ins & appraisals
Any value is an estimate only and depends on inspection, vehicle history, market demand, and lien payout. Nothing is final until reviewed in writing.
Appointments
Appointments are booked through our scheduling workflow. The appointment location and details are shared when you book. Please bring the documents we request (for example, your driver's licence and any trade-in or finance documents).
Service scope
GACS focuses on used-vehicle sales, sourcing, trade-in reviews, and finance pre-checks. Mechanical, body, detailing, and reconditioning work is handled by independent third-party providers when needed. GACS does not operate an in-house body or mechanical shop.
Acceptable use
Use this website lawfully. Do not attempt to disrupt, misuse, or gain unauthorized access to the site or its forms. Submit accurate information and only information you are authorized to provide.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, GACS is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this website or reliance on information that has not yet been agreed in writing. Nothing here limits rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law.

We may update these terms as the business and website evolve. The current version governs your use of the site.
